【Event Report】EMG & Urban/Real Estate Workshop 2025

　The EMG & Urban/Real Estate Workshop 2025, held on October 23, was attended by 25 participants and featured presentations and discussions on the latest research related to urban studies and real estate. Five speakers – Professor Iichiro Uesugi (Hitotsubashi University), Professor Tomohiro Hirano (The University of London), Associate Professor Yoshiki Shimizu (Hitotsubashi University), Assistant Professor Thomas Monnier (Hitotsubashi University), and Assistant Professor Li Peiran (Hitotsubashi University)- gave research presentations, which were followed by lively discussions.
